First of all, I have not had good luck with contractors in general; however, there is always an exception to the rule. In this case, Taylor Roofing and Siding exceeded my expectations on multiple levels. Their attention to detail, consistency and follow through was superb. Brian the owner is one of the most honest people I have ever met. His wife Pauline is behind the scenes, but don't be mistaken, she is the orchestrator and was spot on with her communication. I had minor roof damage, but I had a hole in my back wall from my shed frame being tossed into it from a storm. The frame punctured through the siding clean through the inner wall.
Brian from Taylor R&S came and reviewed the damage with me, and I appreciate his honesty and straightforward assessment. He was professional , kind, and informative. He offered reasonable solutions at a very good price, saving me an insurance claim and repair cost.
