I was traveling from Florida to Illinois and my car broke down. Hailey was so patient while I ranted on the phone and the mechanic (Jason) not only made sure I got back on the road safely with a new catalytic converter within 3 hours from diagnosis to completion, he called the dealership i bought the car from and saved me from having a huge bill! I wish there were more people with the characteristics of honesty and integrity in the world like them. Not too many mechanic shops out there like this one
My tire was having low pressure issues and I pulled over in desperate need of help and they fixed me up right away! They also had chalk to play with and made sure to be very thorough in checking my tires and relaying information to me!
