Let me say, this is the absolute best company I have ever worked with! I initially made the unfortunate decision to call out Nipsco for my furnace and hot water heater going out. Nipsco turned my gas off for code violations. Dan was there that day, figured out what was wrong in about 30 seconds and came the very next day, fixed all the violations and my gas was turned back on that night! I was referred to D&M by another heating and cooling specialist and I'm so glad to have found them! It's so hard to find good quality people anymore but this team is changing the game! We haven't decided on which company we are going with yet, but their quote was the best and they came out for the free estimate and were very professional and answered all of our questions.

Let me start by saying I am a stickler for service provided to me and rarely ever give a review but this company cannot go unnoticed. We called and got same day service for a malfunctioning a/c unit leading to a 88 degree house with pets. Thank god we found Dan and his company, I could have been mislead into buying a new unit but he inspected my a/c unit and was able to solve the problem. This honesty alone could set him apart from most of the service world. He didn’t see an easy dollar to be made but instead was fair and gained a customer for life.
