I have an A/C that dates back to 1300BC. My fan blade decided to break right when this heat wave comes outa nowhere. I can't find a new fan. I call D&M to see if they can be of assistance. Dan...the owner..comes by the next day and slaps on another blade he had laying around and recharged my unit.. now it's humming like a snow pigeon. Above and beyond customer service and superb knowledge base! Dan drove out to our lake house on Koontz Lake to give us a free consultation and explained all things air conditioning so we could make the best AC decision. We then hired him to install a new AC unit- even gave him our house key to be there when we were gone. He and his crew did a fantastic job!
Weeks later, we had an AC issue at our DeMotte home, so we called D&M and Dan and his crew came over later that day! He fixed the problem, gave us some pointers, and did NOT charge us for the visit!
