We recently had a new boiler fitted, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided. Out of the three plumbers who quoted, theirs was by far the most competitively priced, providing their quote within 24 hours. Their communication and advice was exceptional from start to finish, and they managed to start the job within just a couple of weeks. They removed the old boiler, re-sited it in the loft, and carried out the work with an exceptionally neat and tidy approach. Even though we don’t currently live at the property, they were incredibly trustworthy, letting themselves in using our keysafe and showing up as promised. Their work was meticulous, all rubbish was removed immediately, and they even worked late to ensure the boiler was fitted in a single day. On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and his apprentice to anyone and will definitely use their services again in the future!😁
