New Winchester Animal Clinic offers walk-in services and is staffed with a wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable team. They are great with animals of all sizes and provide gentle care. The clinic is thorough and informative, providing prices for all services upfront, especially in cases of serious illness. They are known for their compassionate approach when a pet must be put to sleep, allowing families to take their time and providing thoughtful keepsakes like molded paw prints and a special memorial box.
Customers have praised the clinic for their excellent service, noting that Dr. Conners efficiently answers questions and conducts thorough exams. I am so grateful for the staff here! I had to bring my cat in twice in a week, and both times they were kind and caring, and he is on the mend!
After years of bouncing around clinics for my animals, I feel confident I found a place that cares and is also very affordable.
