I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and was impressed with the service I received. They were able to dispatch a technician right away, which was a huge relief.
Bryce called ahead when he was about 30 minutes out, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He took the time to walk me through exactly what had happened, explain the repair options, and point out a few other areas that may need attention in the future. I really appreciated his communication and transparency throughout the entire process.

I know I can count on Justin Dorsey plumbing to be timely, efficient and respectful. I have utilized their services several times and have never been disappointed. I just had a sewage pipe collapse, which was an awful situation, but it was discovered and fixed quickly. Kudos to the plumber who did all the dirty work! Cost was very reasonable, considering the scope of the situation. Highly recommend.
