Country Critters Veterinary Hospital is a full-service animal hospital that provides both emergency and routine medical, surgical, and dental care for pets. The hospital's staff, led by Dr. Eddleman, have extensive experience in treating various conditions and offer compassionate care. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff takes a non-judgmental approach when discussing treatment options, considering financial considerations as well.
Beyond their medical expertise, the staff at the hospital go the extra mile to ensure the well-being of their patients. They take time to follow up with pet owners and offer helpful advice on pet care. For example, they informed a pet owner about a new product for arthritis, which helped improve the pet's treatment. The team also offers excellent surgical care; one pet owner praised the hospital for their professional ear-cropping procedure on a Doberman, which resulted in well-positioned ears after just one post-surgery visit, with no complications.
The hospital shows great compassion, especially in difficult cases. They worked hard to find solutions for a cat with a tumor in his eye, offering long-term and short-term options with honesty about costs. They also responded quickly to an emergency visit for a young pup with tummy issues, showing patience and kindness to a shy and nervous pet. The staff provides both short-term and long-term goals for pet health, always being open about costs.
Overall, Country Critters Veterinary Hospital is highly recommended for pet owners who want a caring and trustworthy team. They truly care for pets and treat them as if they were their own, making each visit a positive experience for both pets and owners.
