We have a 2005 Thermwood CNC Router. When we tried to start it Monday morning it came up with an error code. After less then 30 minutes on the phone with tech support we had narrowed the issue to a bad board. Thermwood had the part in stock, they shipped it Next Day Air and a day after the problem came up we are back up and running. Their service is second to none!!
