The vets and all the staff treated us with kindness and respect. We were not established patients but they were still willing to get us in for an emergency. I had to have my 15 year old cat put down but he died purring, so happy and contented because the vet and staff were so sweet. I held him while he went while the vet and staff were there comforting us. I can not say enough good things about the service and care we were provided
They treated my Baby Honey(a cat) with extra care and handled her very gently. You can tell the Doc really cares and appears to be very thorough. Its very hard to find a vet that gives the extra care and attention to a cat.
We had a kitten from a feral colony join our family as a barn cat. Shortly after we took him on, he ended up breaking his femur 😵💫 The staff was soooo nice and so understanding that not everyone has a huge budget. I've definitely had experiences with vets where it feels like your shamed for not having the big bucks to drop on the unexpected. I would highly suggest taking your pet there.
