We had a kitten from a feral colony join our family as a barn cat. Shortly after we took him on, he ended up breaking his femur 😵💫 The staff was soooo nice and so understanding that not everyone has a huge budget. I've definitely had experiences with vets where it feels like your shamed for not having the big bucks to drop on the unexpected. I would highly suggest taking your pet there.
We are from out of town and tried squeezing in one more trip with our old guy when he took a turn for the worst and we knew we couldn’t wait any longer. I am so thankful for the kindness of the entire staff for fitting us in quickly and for making the hardest day of a pet parents life a little easier. And for the continued communications regarding cremation services since we live 5 hours away. Thank you again

They treated our super chunky, anxiety filled cat with so much care and preparation with feliway soaked towels. They allowed us to be back there to hold him when he got his shot which was extra quick and he did not scream.
They offered anxiety & carsickness medicine for the next time we come in.
Staff were so kind, compassionate, professional, accommodating, and caring.
