Thursday evening my renter sent me a video of a leaking water heater in my rental house. I called Quality Comfort and left a message to call me Friday morning. At 8:00 am they called and asked to go check it out and we gave them permission. They called back and confirmed that the water heater was dead, and explained their plan. I gave them the go ahead. Within 2 hours they called and said they were done! Culver has great businesses that care about customer service. Quality Comfort has always extended great customer service to me. Even though it was Christmas Eve someone was there in a short time to fix my dad's furnace for him. He didn't stay in a cold house for long and I appreciate that. Christmas day the man called to tell me what was needed to fix it .

I called to see if they could make it that day. In a little over an hour one of their techs called and said he was on his way. They had my furnace going in only a little over 10 minutes. Can't beat that.
