Thursday evening my renter sent me a video of a leaking water heater in my rental house. I called Quality Comfort and left a message to call me Friday morning. At 8:00 am they called and asked to go check it out and we gave them permission. They called back and confirmed that the water heater was dead, and explained their plan. I gave them the go ahead. Within 2 hours they called and said they were done! Culver has great businesses that care about customer service. Quality Comfort has always extended great customer service to me.
