The ladies were SO kind and gentle with her, even when she moved a little, they reset and didn't get annoyed. Environment was very chill and quiet which helped our daughter now get so overwhelmed I think! Overall super happy with the way they turned out! We paid $65 for their gold studs (which they recommended for small children) and $20 for the extra tech (so they could do both ears at the same time) And the $7 for the ointment!“
