I reached out to You've got maids in Crown Point Indiana to clean my townhome for a party I was having a few days later. I asked for the general clean and the additional service of wiping my baseboards. They gave me an estimate of $120-$168 and promised 4 people. I had planned to have someone meet them at the house as I work almost an hour away.
To start, they showed up almost 45 minutes late and never called to let me know and in the interim I had called over a dozen times and received no answer. Once they arrived there was only 2 maids not 4 and the service just got worse....read full review
