Supposedly, my house was thoroughly inspected before I signed the closing documents. But two days after getting the keys, NIPSCO shut off the gas, because in addition to finding a leak outside by the gas meter, they also found a leak behind the stove, and three leaks along the gas pipes used by the boiler. Additionally, like me, NIPSCO was not able to light the pilot to the water heater, so they shut that off too. I was told that they would not turn the gas back on until repairs were made, and they suggested that I get a new water heater as well as a new stove. I sadly didn’t catch the name of my plumber but he came out quick fixed my sewer main blockage fast explaining along the way if I could give more than 5 stars I would I was quoted for sewer main replacement by multiple companies and another company failed to clear my main took him all of an hour to fix it and save me thousands

I called the office and Lisa was so nice. She actually got not one but two guys out hours after I talked to her. Best customer service I have ever had. The guys were super nice and professional and quick. I can't thank them enough for replacing my water heater same day.
