I’m really not sure what has changed at this Sport Clips location. When I first went to this location a couple years ago it was great. Now they have so much staff turnover you can almost never get your haircut done by the same person twice and they are typically so understaffed that wait times are over 2 hours every single day they are open. You can absolutely never walk in ever because of the absurd waits. I know the owners also took over the merrillville location and then closed that as well so now this is the only location between Valpo and Schererville.

This is the one to go to in this area. The girls are great here. They always get exactly what I want for my hair but they also have great conversations and the place is always busy but there's always enough people to cover it. I don't really know what happened to Merrillville but after the pandemic they have not been able to stay open and it looks like they might just be closed for good. A couple people moved over to this one and said that the boss was much friendlier and open with hours so I'm more apt to go where the employees like working
