The staff is great. Tiffany at the Winfield location was booked but she knew I was in pain so she called the other offices and got me in the same day I called.. I saw therapist Sarah T in Hebron she was wonderful and worked with me to get me out of pain. She also gave me some therapy to do at home and she gave me confidence to start moving my arm again. I broke my humerus and I had not moved it for 7 weeks I was having shooting pains in my elbow because it was in a sling for so long but since therapy it's much better.
TLKR, my only regret was doing home health first. Both ladies are very professional and listen to your concerns and fears. At my 4 week check up the doc was very impressed with my bend and extension. Rush is the place to go...Kelshanna was so supportive and a great therapist.
Dr. Hunter is so nice! Her evaluation was thorough and I feel like she really understands my problem. I know I’m going to benefit from the program she’s set up for me. I highly recommend her!
