My home was subjected to a NIPSCO FBAR. There was a failed neutral on the service line to the meter. It was and still continues to be a huge inconvenience. The inconvenience is due to the Insurance Company stepping up to do their part. The service technician upon being notified had arrived within an hour and proceeded to evaluate and resolve things.

This is the company you need for electrical service, don't look any further. This company is knowledgeable and efficient. I had a serious issue and made a call to the 24 hour number at 3:00 a.m. The owner answered and responded by 7:00 a.m.! The repair was diagnosed and repair completed by noon. Unbelievable in today's world of lack of customer service.The crew not only explained the repair, but educated on further maintenance and repair options that would save money.I can't say enough about them, if you are spending hours researching electrical service companies, just stop and call Duane's, you will be glad you did.Services: Installation
