I wish I could give them one star! I went there on a whim for an initial visit for a "Complimentary consultation" listed on their website. When I got there, I even confirmed I was there for the first time and that I would only like the consultation that was complimentary since I wasn't sure if I would enjoy going to a chiropractor. They then billed my insurance and now I owe $160 and they keep calling and threatening to send my "bill" to collections. It was supposed to be a complimentary consultation and when I saw what the charges were to throw some tape on my back and help me stretch, I knew I would never return. I have been struggling with some hip and back pain. I'm not really a doctor kind of guy. But from the amazing receptionists to the doctor who adjusted me to the physical therapists. I was amazed, such kindness and compassion and up beat people. Gives you the sense that everything is going to be alright. I'm feeling much better and I'm now a believer. Take that step to getting rid of those aches and pains.

I've been coming here for a couple months now and all of the ladies at the office are great (I'm sure the guy(s) are too but I've never worked with him). In response to the one lady that was saying they are just sell sell sell, that is false. They checked me out and said "This is what you need this is the cost for all treatments" and no other upsells since.
