“Today was my first appointment with Illinois Dermatology Institute-Crown Point. The front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. My medical assistant was very friendly and welcoming. When I made my appointment a month ago I had 2 spots on my hairline that were worrisome. But before my appointment I accidentally scratched 1 off and the other one went away. I kept my appointment just in case. I explained this to Melanie Griem and she looked me over thoroughly. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. Then I showed her a painful bug under my bra strap. She froze it off and she eased my worries! I would give her a million stars if I could!! I will highly recommend Illinois Dermatology Institute-Crown Point and Melanie Griem!!! Well done!!“
