I went to schedule my next appointment for my first deep cleaning and the scheduling was pretty far out. Pam came to the front desk and made it work to get me started that same day! Pam is amazing! She was so nice and comforting. My second visit was for a filling. I was with Colleen and she was also so sweet and helpful. She mentioned that it would be great if I could get my second half deep cleaned while I was already numbed for the filling. She kept checking to see if anyone cancelled on their schedule and somehow made it work to get that done with Pam at the same appointment. Last but certainly not least, Dr. Darling is so friendly and answered all the questions I had and explained things well for both of my visits. I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care I have received so far at Southshore Family Dentistry!“

“We absolutely love Advanced Dental Concepts! My whole family (myself, husband and two young kids) are all patients here and we are always impressed with the staff.

Dr. Mousa is fantastic and personable. She explains everything to me to help with nerves and always makes sure I’m comfortable! Rosalind is the best as well and always makes me feel at ease.

Jackie worked with my youngest son (3 years old) and was so patient and kind and willing to take it as his pace. I know he’s going to have a great dental future as he’s being set up for success early on!

Cassidy at the front desk has been so welcoming and accommodating with our scheduling. It’s nice to know when calling I’ll hear a friendly voice on the other side of the phone that’s willing to help myself and my family with any questions or concerns we have.
