We had our new home built by Cook Builders in 2021. 4 years later we are still so happy we went with Cook. The construction was quality work. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Our home is exactly what we want and need.

We have been in our new Cook Builders home now for 4 years, and couldn't be happier with our home and the build process.
We started our journey by meeting with Rich Cook to share our desires and requirements. He showed us two or three plans that had a lot of what we were looking for. We decided to use one of those plans as a starting point for our new home. Over the course of nine months, we interactively revised the design. I would draw some proposed changes, and Rich's team incorporated them into the plan.
