They were very thorough in their inspection. Allowed me to be present and answered every question I had. They caught things that never would have been noticed until after closing that are gonna help me save money in the long run. I got a radon test, pest inspection, Home inspection, and air quality.
The inspector was very thorough and helpful. Mike went above and beyond during the inspection he answered all my questions and took his time since I was a first time home buyer. Later in the day after the inspection I had a couple questions and Mike called me back explaining everything I was lost on. He took me step by step how to fix/address the problems that were found. I had called a couple other inspection company’s some of them were not friendly and were rude. Janet who answered the phone calls was very helpful and took her time with me did not get aggravated with all the questions I was asking. I would recommend this company to everyone and would use them again.

Janet was super helpful and accommodating, given that the seller only gave us a few days to do the inspection. The day of the inspection, Michael had arrived early and was going through the process before we arrived. He was very thorough and explained every step.
