“What a relaxing, and rejuvenating experience! I had a upper body massage and all I can say is that I don't know when the last time I was THAT relaxed was, Rebecca is an amazing soul and is definitely in her calling by using her gift to help people reduce pain, simply relax, and feel better! I have multiple issues with chronic back pain, muscle spasms, tension and during this incredible massage and all day afterwards I was on cloud 9 with reduced pain from my normal 7/10 to a 2/10 if that! Truly incredible, I also floated in the tank and I did enjoy that, however I probably would've enjoyed it more and been able to relax more had I not consumed caffeine prior to my float, I also had a couple small cuts I was unaware of until the salt water hit them and I couldn't get past the stinging of those spots, next time no caffeine and making sure I cover any cuts with liquid bandaid... of course the next day my back was really angry from the muscles being massaged and manipulated, nothing Tylenol and a warm bath can't help though!
