I don't leave many reviews. I'm not that tech-savvy. However, I want to give a shout out to the Midas here in Crawfordsville. I went into the store on thursday to get an estimate for tires and they helped me pick the right tire for my truck. Friday evening I went back to get the tires. They were so nice and helpful and they got me in that day. They also give a veteran's discount. I highly recommend Midas shop for your automotive needs
The employees at Midas were amazing! My husband and I were here from Wisconsin for the PRI show. Our truck broke and was leaking antifreeze. The guys there were able to squeeze us in to get it fixed! They worked with my husband to call different stores to find the part! Hands down amazing!!
Willy and crew were absolute heroes today on short notice, on a weekend. We were traveling from Columbus to South Dakota when we hit snow. Unknown to us at the time, out 10 month old tires had worn badly and were completely bald. Willy was able to get us in and taken care of quickly. He had tires in stock, was super transparent and helpful, gave us food options while we waited and saved our trip. Cannot give these guys enough praise. If you’re ever in a tight spot and need help, come here. They have your back!
