Josh? Shoot, I can't remember the kids name. He was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my very old air conditioner. He had to retrieve the part from the warehouse, but then replaced it within minutes. This was all during the heat advisories. I would definitely recommend them. I will also call them again if needed.
