I’ve been through it all with my back pain (doctors, physical therapy, chiropractors). But Heather has really helped me and my back pain. She knows exactly where it hurts and does not rush anything. She will take her time on the spots that need it the most. I had a hot stone massage today. THE RESULTS WERE UNBELIEVABLE!! I have ALWAYS had sever shoulder pain and the hot stones made that pain and tension go away! Heather explains everything to you so you can understand what is going on. She is the BEST!!
