I have absolutely loved my care here. I have felt heard and felt like my overall health and how i feel matters to not just me but by Whitney and her team. I am however frustrated that when i called to get my kids moved over here one child was out i to the books correctly. The other i was told the appointment time and when i called to make sure i had all things set before being on our way was told there was not an appointment for them. I moved the whole day to get this child in. I did appointments on separate days to help the office and now i have to take another day off my work and my child has to take another day off of his time with parks due to their error. Scheduling more than one person at a time is not recommended as it seems the staff cannot handle that. I will update when i have my kids seen to see if they feel and have good care. After staying with a dr office since they were born and are now teens has me a little uneasy but the care we have gotten the last few years just is not what is best for them any longer. They do not feel heard or that they matter. So hopefully we get that here.
