Hartzell tech Dalton was very friendly and thorough. He worked efficiently and got the carpets and couch cleaned in a timely manner. We have had a very good experience overall with Hartzell. This is our second time using them and we will definitely be booking again. PLUS all their systems are up to date. Texts on bookings, reminders, when the tech is headed to your place, invoice payment through text.
Got to us the n xt day. Right on time. We had an article emergency and it was taken care of fast. The operation was easy and the guy was super good and nice. Everything was explained as he worked. Very concerned about our house and stuff. Took care to keep equipment out of the way as he worked at arouund. He was professional all the way. A nice guy with a big smile.
