Started coming to VIP nails in Columbus earlier this year. I’m continuously pleased every time I get my nails done here. Linh, her co-owner, her husband, and the other ladies who work here are so sweet. Linh does my nails every time, and she does a perfect job. She talks to me and takes the time to know me as a person. She knows exactly how I like my nails and even helps me pick out my colors every time I come in because I’m so indecisive! I highly recommend this salon and the quality of work is impeccable.

I like going to VIP because it’s close to home. I went there for a long time. The staff is usually very friendly, but I think the place could be a little bit cleaner. I think they need to wipe down their chairs after each visit and clean a little bit better than they do specially with the winter coming on and all the viruses around.

This was my fourth time receiving services from VIP Nails, and it was the most impressive experience that I've had from there. Even before going I knew what I wanted, a manicure and dip polish with a valentines theme. I chose a red dip color for my nails and then on my ring fingers I did a sparkly white with red hearts. The manicure itself was the best one I've ever had. When she asked if I wanted my nails cut, I was really hesitant because typically I feel like my nails get cut too short during manicures.
