Team Select Home Care is a good and great company that provides in-home care. Many reviews note it is the best provider, better than other companies, with pleasant, helpful, and awesome staff who are very welcoming and easy to talk to. The company cares about patients and is very accommodating with scheduling. Nurses and caregivers can build long-term relationships, with some lasting for years, and clients are described as a special bonus. Employees feel treated like family, not just money makers, and love working there. Some feedback expresses a wish for more consistent fill-in nurse coverage when needed. Overall, it is a great company to be with and would definitely be recommended.
Team select has been a life saver for our family, our experience has been top notch. We LOVE our nurses Robin & Althea I don't have words to express how grateful we are for our staff. Sam has been amazing through our onboarding process and any questions we have. I have peace knowing we have Team Select in our corner.
Team Select is a good company, I have them for my daughter and the nurse she has now has been with us for almost 3 years now and she is great with my daughter and we love her. The people in the office are pretty easy to talk to and Natalie that comes and does the supervisory visits is awesome, I just wished whenever my daughter's nurse needs off that they were able to find a fill in nurse while she is off and wished they could get somebody as a back up but other than that they are a great company to be with🙂
I have had the same patient for many years. The patient has had several different home care providers over the years. I believe Team Select has by far been the best provider that I have worked for during my 24 years of service. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful to me and my patient. 😊
