Very very impressed and appreciative of efforts made to get my daughter in for lashlift using gift certificate she received at Christmas. We had not used this salon for services before. We will definitely be scheduling lashlift soon and consider Snipp It for other beauty services. Great customer service.
Teresa not only has years of experience and know how to make you both look and feel beautiful, but she is communicative every step of the way! I went in to have my brows touched up from years ago, and she not only corrected them and remapped me to make sure they matched my face, but she was thorough in explaining the process and why she was doing what she was. When I had a hair stylist mess my hair up BAD a week before my wedding, she made room for me and got me in, fixed my hair (and gave me a discount because she's a sweetheart), and literally offered to come help with the wedding and decorate.
