Rude, condescending, and inconsiderate. He had plenty of time to do my taxes, but as mentioned in previous reviews, I was not kept informed about any progress. My attempts to communicate with the secretary were frustrating. Most people would just say ok hang on, and check with him. She just kept being vague stringing me along. I also had to file extensions today myself. This guy is a total jerk. I drove to the office and demanded my documents. I had to beat on the door because they would not answer the phone. He even tried to pick a fight with me. He told me he had to move his office right in the middle of tax season because the bar near his office was too noisy...read full review

I am writing from the perspective of a vendor that was subcontracted with this customer. Since he is a CPA it is relevant that his customers should know that he is prone to not paying someone he owes for services rendered.

I had the same experience as Jennifer above. My parents used this firm for many years. This was my first year with them. Met personally with Shannon in early March and delivered all of my tax documents to him. Never heard from him again. He would not answer the phone or emails. Tax deadline came and went without a peep from Shannon. Still have not heard from him. I had to file an extension myself at the last minute. Since I know I would owe money, I had to take a wild guess about the payment I had to make. His assistant that intermittently answers the phone makes vague excuses and claims that everyone was "put on extension" late last night and that they hope to have everyone's...read full review
