I arrived for my yearly appointment and as I named the doctor I was supposed to see, they said she was no longer there and I would be seeing Doctor Ben. Doctor Ben was an unexpected blessing. He updated by prescription to the best one I have ever had and now I love to wear my glasses and it has even improved my night vision issues. He has a friendly, helpful staff and I don't even mind the 1.5 hour drive to get there to see them. Definitely a 5 star rating!!! Jean Roberts

Met Dr. Ben Gootee for the first time at this practice for an annual exam. I am very happy with the care I received. He handles questions very well, in addition to offering information about what’s going on in one’s eyes, past & present, which was very reassuring. While my prescription hadn’t changed enough to require a new one, he tweaked a measurement that has been a big improvement in my vision. The entire support staff is also great, addressing me by my name, which to me, says a lot about everyone there. I like going into any business where everyone seems to be happy. I certainly left with a smile on my face.
