We have had issues with our Navien tankless water heater for over a year, it's less than 2 years old. We've had 2 other companies out with no success. After Bailey J's 1st visit I felt that we were heading in the right direction. He just left after making, what we hope, are the final adjustments. Bailey and Matlock Plumbing are truly trying to resolve the issue. I would definitely NOT reccomend any Navien product. I would definitely HIGHLY reccomend Bailey and Matlock Plumbing!

*Update: Jenel of Matlock called and said they will refund me $137. She agreed that I shouldn't have been charged for two people for a job that needed one.
I'm glad that they listen and quickly respond. Mistakes are unavoidable, but I appreciate Matlock's willingness to correct them.

Bailey and Bryce were wonderful! They fixed the issue with the toilet and were very professional! They were SO friendly and polite! I would highly recommend using Matlock Plumbing!
