Just this month (Dec 2025) Nate and John installed two full new heat pump systems in our house - one for front and one for the back of the house. The existing units were 30 and 20 years old and at risk of failure any time. They gave us a clear detailed estimate after making a careful inspection of what was needed. they didn't try to up sell me to units I didn't really want. They climbed in the attic and found leaking ducts that they would repair (we had suspected such things but didn't mention them but they found them). My appointment was delayed 4 times for a A/C preventative maintenance check up which was very frustrating. Delayed from April until June. The reason was always “no calls” which meant to me that employees were not showing up for work.
The technician, Gabe, was very customer friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
