My appointment was delayed 4 times for a A/C preventative maintenance check up which was very frustrating. Delayed from April until June. The reason was always “no calls” which meant to me that employees were not showing up for work.
The technician, Gabe, was very customer friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

The service man was very polite and very professional. He answered all my questions. He went to work and got are unit back up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Masters Heating who needed service on their furnace or air conditioner.

The guys were very professional and informative. They came in and replaced our HVAC/AC system and they got it all done in one day. They took their time to make sure everything was replaced correctly and looks nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is needing a new system or even repair.
