America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I've been a soft contact lens wearer for 40 years, and I've never had any problems until this year when I tried America's Best. I was told that I could not try a trial pair first. I should have known better, but I went ahead and ordered a 12-month supply of monthly contacts. I'm lucky if I can get 2 weeks out of each pair. They are thin, uncomfortable, and they tear easily. It's almost like they are selling contacts that were made for daily wear, and marketing them as monthly. I won't be going back there!

I love the doctor which is the reason I used this business…but only 3 specific times for follow ups for contacts that are scheduled when the business isn’t staffed properly has ruined my relationship with this company. I have to close my company and lose money each time I make an appointment. Due to this I’ll no longer willing to waste my time. I asked after 15 mins of waiting and was told 10 more mins. The staff continued to ignore me and help other patients who were scheduled after me. Again, I love the doctor, but in no way shape or form is this how you run a business. Didn’t get my glasses from here but went in hoping to buy a new frame to replace my broken one. The receptionist was kind enough to explain that they could probably repair my glasses and gave them to the manager. She had them fixed in five minutes and there was no charge! Awesome customer service. They probably saved me $100!
