WORST staff!!! Do not come here! They have consistently provide horrible customer service for my husband. He has now had 2 separate appointments for a procedure which he has booked months in advance, to then be called by the office the day of the appointment asking him to reschedule or move the appointment to a much different time. Each time my husband has been accommodating and flexible even though it screws up his schedule, just to be an easy going patient, but it's not worth it with these people. He attended the one appointment in which the doctor basically cut him open and then told him that he couldn't do anything about the cyst bc it was too complicated so he stitched him back up. He then told my husband that when he comes back in 2 weeks for stitch removal that he himself (AKA Dr Steffis) would have an answer as to what his cyst is made of to get to the bottom of my husband's constant skin issue. Husband goes today for stitch removal to find out that Dt Steffis is not there and will not be there until next week. My husband found out he had an appointment with the nurse, but was seen by a staff who took out his stitches, when he asked to speak with the nurse so that she can atleast do an injection the staff claimed the nurse was seeing another patient, even though in the system she was booked to see my husband. The staff didn't care about his questions or concerns. Do not come to this location. They literally don't care about you and when you do finally get to speak to the Dr he gives you about 5 minutes of his time and then leaves.

The ladies at the front desk always give you nasty looks. They look like they hate their jobs and they don't want to be helpful. It almost like when Dr Thompson left everything went down hill.

I'm so grateful for this place. I recently moved Into town and was desperately seeking professional help for my hormonal acne. Getting an appointment was as easy as 1-2-3 and they were even kind enough to reschedule me last minute for a different time of day. The entire staff was so lovely during my visit and my face is finally blemish free after the doctors intervention. Thank you guys so much!!
