I made a purchase at this store that was supposed to be in stock. It wasn't and they won't return my money until it is so they can do a return???? Bait and switch, Shady, Dishonest and just downright wrong! Seriously horrible customer service. While I'm at it, train your staff! More often than not the cashiers have no clue how to reload a walmart card and send me to wait at the understaffed service desk! I've even been told on several occasions that I cannot reload a reloadable card by your staff only to be told by the service desk that the cashiers don't know what they are doing! Might wanna try rotating stock once in a while too, there's still halloween packaging on your shelves behind christmas packaging in january! Management couldn't manage to care either. Horrible store!

By far the worst customer service possible. One question had me on a call for over 45 mins. New associates kept picking up the phone and restarting the conversation. At one point an associate even laughed when I explained the situation. Finally, a young man answered the phone and our problem was solved in minutes.
