The prevoius lady is amazingly ridiculous. The number of blatant lies in her review are even more amazing. After getting pierced somewhere else, presumably someone's home, based on the novelty jewelry in her infected piercing. She walked in to my by appointment only business. She approached 2 customers and started telling them about her messed up piercing. Meanwhile I was busy working on the pattern for the current customer who had scheduled their appointment several weeks prior to the date. Once I realized she was in the store, I asked her what i could help her with. She responded very aggressively about her piercing. I informed her that I was busy at the moment with customers that have already paid for my time. She continued to insist that I help her now . I took a moment to look at my calendar on my computer. I told her a time that i could get her in a few hours later the same day if she'd like my help. She angrily says she'll come back and stomps out. She messaged the shop as if to tell on me. (Messages below in pics ). She makes threats of not spending large amounts of money on tattoos if I don't help and said she's going to write a bad review . She was informed that we are by appointment only due to only having one artist and are booked several weeks out. And that i would be taking time from someone else if she got service. She was also reminded that signage on the door explains this before she walked in . This made her angrier. I absolutely posted on Facebook since I have nothing to hide along with a video of the incident that clearly shows that nothing was as she says. Funny that she claims that i blocked her, since that is what she did. I had hoped she would watch herself in the video and realize how she acted. About a month later, she left a Facebook review and was greeted with other customers explaining to her that she acted wrongly. This also made her extremely angry. So now the yelp review as she promised in the original threats. I wish she had some understanding how businesses operate. She wasn't there first, had no appointment and made demands. My shop isn't the emergency room for infected home done piercings; however, i am willing to help anyone that I can if I have time. Her piercing was NOT an emergency and she was offered a time to get help. I would imagine by the time she left, I was annoyed by her blatant disrespect of my customers, my business and myself. I still tried to help. I could not meet her demand for instant service. My wife and I operate the business by ourselves without other employees. She works in the medical field, as well. I am in the store and she answers calls and messages on social media. We are by appointment only. We do not run an open store front. This ensures that i can give the customer that I'm working with my direct undivided attention, as one would want for anything permanent on their body. The reviews that this lady left are clearly written very angrily. I am not exactly sure why she thinks that our 18 year business is failing without her . But i assure all of my customers that we are happy to work with each of you but as mentioned, sometimes you have to wait your turn. (Video in her Facebook review)
