Today Tori was my stylist, my service was beyond immaculate! Not only was she extremely patient, and thorough, but she was also extremely accommodating and understanding. My previous experience at a completely different salon was not the best, but I completely trusted her through the whole entire process! She was extremely gentle, time efficient, and very welcoming as well as friendly. I was absolutely blown away, I left with my hair looking way better than I ever imagined, and feeling extremely soft and healthy! Have been a patron since just about when they opened. Very reliable hours and services. Love the wash room and how relaxing it is. Very good hairdressers on staff.Would love to see expansion to massage and other spa-type services!
The best in Columbia City! I have seen several different stylists throughout the years in which I have gotten haircuts/styles/waxes here. Each worker that I have had makes an appointment to know you on a personal level & make you feel invited back. Not to mention, the front desk workers are very friendly & helpful! They do an excellent job and make sure to ask you questions throughout your cut to make sure it is exactly what you desire. They give great advice as well about taking care of hair … I have extremely curly hair & therefore it has been hard to find a service which is understanding and acknowledging about that … at Brook & Co they do.Services: Body waxing
