Cool Ray's Comfort, LLC is a family owned and operated HVAC Company with over a decade of experience serving Putnam County and surrounding areas. They are licensed, bonded, insured, and EPA certified, providing service, preventive maintenance, and installation on all brands of heating and cooling equipment along with water heaters. Customers were very impressed with the quick response time and appreciated the advance contact and ability to triage the issue before arrival, which made the repair process easy. The company showed very reasonable pricing and trustworthy service, and made sure to fit customers in, even coming at 11 o’clock at night when a house was 80 degrees. They provided multiple options with good explanation and pros and cons of each, and the technician hooked up fancy equipment and knew right away the problem. The owner answered calls on a holiday and showed up on time, fixing the issue within an hour, and did not recommend replacing a 25-year-old unit, showing appreciated honesty. Highly recommended!
We had a great experience with Cool Rays Comfort Heating & Cooling. Josh installed a 2-ton mini-split AC and heat system in the loft of our cabin, and we couldn’t be happier. He took the time to thoroughly explain what our loft needed and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. I was given multiple option with good explanation and pros and cons of each. We were able to get unit working with expectations that AC should work until unit can be replaced and upgraded in near future.
