So I didn’t know I had a case until I started receiving all these letter from attorneys in my mailbox; wanting to represent me. So I began the process of calling several attorneys. I had called attorneys I had used previously, the attorney in the county where I got the case and a few others. Among those was Benjamin Waite. After speaking to each one I made a decision based upon how much knowledge Benjamin already knew of my case, the amount of monies I would pay and also with that gut feeling that this was my guy. I would recommend this guy to everyone. He is smart and gets things done. My case was dismissed and charges were dropped in 2 months time. Benjamin, thank you and your staff very much and I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New years. Anyone needing a great lawyer hire this guy.
