Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable! I had concerns about mold on my block basement wall and an area of my attic that had some water damage. Mr. Hauk inspected the areas and provided a thorough explanation as to why it's likely mineral deposits left behind by the water, rather than mold, and gave detailed instructions for how to resolve the issue myself. I ended up not needing mold remediation services, but would have certainly used Hauk's and will certainly go to Hauk if I ever need any of their services in the future. I always appreciate a detailed explanation.
Called about crawlspace remediation. They were on time and quick to look into the problem! Ended up being a lot smaller of an issue than we thought and he pointed us in the direction of a good plumber for repairs! Couldn’t have had better service and would highly recommend!
