She never rushes through appointments, taking the time to answer any questions, making sure her patients feel at ease throughout their visit. I called at 8:30am on 12/4/2024 for a very painful broken in half top back tooth. By 1:10pm that same day I was sitting in their chair. Because of the fact it was so broken I had to get it removed surgically. That required another appointment. I got scheduled in for 12/12/2024 at 2:20pm. Because I have artificial knee replacements I needed an Rx for Antibiotics and Dr Ben Cvengros made sure I had those ready for me at the pharmacy the day before I needed them. I took them the day of my surgery and took off for my appointment. I sat in the chair and immediately the Nurse got my numbing started for when the Dr came in with the needle. I have been to Dr. Cloyd/Crown Hill Dentistry since I was a child and now my children see Dr. Gooding. I recommend them to everyone. The staff is amazing and Brittany is a ray of sunshine!
