So I usually don't have many problems with this particular location at least none really worth mentioning until today. I came to shop for a sonic toothbrush and as I'm writing this I've been waiting for 15 minutes for an associate to unlock the toothbrush case. There is a button that says "Press for Associate" which I've tried three different times and no one has came so far. I've asked an associate and they had to use their phone to call a manager because not every employee has keys nor a walkie-talkie. One lady yelled at me saying not to walk fast in the store cuz she said I've never heard no rule like that and I've been going there for 6-7 years only rule cuz she said it was her rule then gu came over a worker and cused me out if i could give this 0 star i would she needed to be fired and the guy took mean people bad service and early closing time

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here. The Clarksville Walmart is a wasteland of empty shelf spaces, inventory discrepancies, overcrowding and customer service that is as rude as it is slooooow. I'm not going to complain about the lines here, because complaining about long lines at Walmart is an exercise in futility. The more pressing issue is that doing literally anything other than a basic purchase at this location requires an act of Congress, whether it's a return, a price adjustment or even reaching a particular department on the phone.
