Norton Children's Medical Group - Clarksville

Staff was so friendly. As new patients we were in and out in no time, Dr Nieto was so friendly and helpful. She really made us feel good about switching doctors. I really liked this place a lot so thankful for them and their staff.

We always have a great experience here when we can actually get an appointment to be seen. I'm just really confused on why insurance sets us up with a primary care provider when we have to wait weeks or months to see our primary care provider. I remember growing up as a child and seeing the same Dr everytime. Now we have to anticipate our children getting sick and hoping we can even get in to see the Dr. Like today my child is sick, well has a cough and they are like we can't get you scheduled to be seen. It is a good experience when we can get an appointment. I tried to make a normal sick appointment for my son and was told it would be 34 days away. Completely unacceptable considering he has been a patient there since he was born and now he is 8!
