Kayla did a very good job blending the colors in my hair, my husband and I love it! I recommend bringing a picture or two to show it to her and she`ll replicate the hairstyle you want. Now my hair looks natural with beautiful highlights.

Leslie gave me a great Perm! I enjoyed getting my hair done at Penny's! The staff is very nice and pleasant, and they really did an awesome job. I got a great cut and a beautiful perm. I highly recommend J.C. Penney's Hair Salon!

JCPenney is probably my second favorite large department store. They have cute brands in all of their departments. They also often have great deals. That was the case yesterday. They had some amazing deals in exactly the areas I was looking for. It was a good shopping day for me.
