I am a home owner who has used Purkey's HVAC services multiple times over 28 years at this address. The first time I called them it was in the middle of winter with temps below 20 degrees. My furnace was 30 years old at the time and stopped working. Dispatch told me that they were extremely busy with other calls but would try to get to us as soon as possible. 90 minutes later they showed up at my home...and I didn't even have an account or service agreement with them!
