Mitch I believe is the person who came out to take a look at a few issues I spotted on our house. He thoroughly checked outside, the attic, and our basement. Said the only thing we needed to have done is the roof ridge cap re-tacked down and the aluminum facia re-attached to the rafters to pull and tighten the vinyl soffit in. He said otherwise the house (which is nearly 100 years old) looked in good condition, he was glad we got rid of the brick chimney last year and had it replaced by a b-vent + cap by our roofer.
Roofers are coming out next week to assess the repairs needed! Thanks for your insight and information, would definitely recommend them!
Very pleased with Armadillo. They came out quickly, addressed our pest problem and installed equipment to prevent it from happening again. All done professionally, politely, and with respect for our home. I will definitely call Armadillo if I have another issue like this. Thank you !!!
Bird nests in my gutters and areas of downspout I couldn’t get to. Quick response, fair price, Mitch and Roland were great to work with.
